Ernest Fronzuto, who is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, chairs the plaintiff medical malpractice, product liability and catastrophic injury practice. He has been recognized in New Jersey Super Lawyers since 2006. He is an accomplished trial attorney who has recovered multi-million dollar judgments for clients and possesses extensive experience in the fields of medical malpractice and product liability law, with particular emphasis in pediatric malpractice cases involving birth injuries, cerebral palsy, and other catastrophic injuries suffered by infants and children. In addition, as a former product liability defense attorney, Mr. Fronzuto combines skill with a unique perspective in the handling of complex product liability and catastrophic injury cases, including auto defects, sports and recreation equipment, industrial machinery and consumer products.
